Welcome to Tiny Charm Celebrations! By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or placing an order through www.tinycharmcelebrations.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please review these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General Information

Tiny Charm Celebrations offers creative activity sets, personalized creations, decorative keepsakes, party favors, celebration products, and related accessories.

We reserve the right to update our product offerings, pricing, descriptions, availability, and website content at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our store policies.

2. All Sales Final — No Refunds or Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMER-INITIATED REQUESTS.

Due to the nature of our products, preparation process, and personalized offerings, purchases cannot be returned or refunded for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind or unwanted purchases.
• Incorrect product, activity, theme, size, or quantity selected.
• Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer.
• Changes to celebration dates or personal plans.
• Ordering more or fewer items than needed.
• Differences in personal color preferences.
• Failure to read product descriptions or review order details before purchasing.

This policy applies to all activity sets, individual items, personalized creations, keepsakes, seasonal products, celebration sets, party favors, gift sets, and accessories.

Exceptions: If we send an incorrect product, make a preparation or personalization error, or an item arrives damaged or defective, please refer to Section 7. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Personalized & Custom Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order, including:

• Names and spelling.
• Ages and dates.
• Selected themes and colors.
• Quantities and activity choices.
• Custom messages and special instructions.

Orders will be prepared using the information provided at checkout.

Tiny Charm Celebrations is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Minor variations in handmade products, decorative placement, and color appearance may occur. These variations are part of the creative nature of our products and do not automatically constitute a defect.

4. Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after payment is received.

Orders are considered final once placed.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered preparation, personalization, production, or shipping, it cannot be canceled for a change of mind.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate corrections before preparation begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Product Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping fees, and optional add-on charges will be calculated or displayed during checkout.

Full payment is required before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, discontinue products, update prices, or cancel orders affected by an obvious listing error. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and shipping estimates are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Tiny Charm Celebrations is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Additional shipping charges may apply to packages returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect a package.

Please contact us promptly if your package is missing or significantly delayed. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Although all purchases are final, we take responsibility for verified errors on our part.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible at:

Include the following information:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the affected item.
• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable.

We will review your concern and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund, as applicable.

Please retain the affected product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

The 48-hour reporting period helps us investigate problems promptly and does not eliminate any rights provided by applicable law.

8. Celebration Sets & Group Orders

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct activity, set size, theme, and quantity.

For Mixed Themes (2), customers must provide two theme selections and specify the quantity required for each. The combined quantities must equal the total number of sets ordered.

Orders containing incomplete or unclear customization instructions may require clarification before preparation.

Online Celebration Set orders are available in designated quantities of up to 24 sets.

Orders of 25 or more sets, or orders requiring additional customization, must be submitted through our Group Order Request process.

All confirmed group and party orders are final sale, subject to applicable law and our responsibility for verified order errors.

9. Product Safety & Intended Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, safety information, and age recommendations before purchasing.

Some products contain small parts, decorative accessories, or other materials that may present choking hazards.

Adult supervision is recommended for children’s creative activities. Products containing small parts are not suitable for children under three years of age.

Products containing magnets must be kept away from young children. Swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injuries. Seek immediate medical attention if a magnet is swallowed or inhaled.

Decorative products are intended for their stated purpose and should not be used as food-contact items unless specifically identified as food-safe.

Please follow all product-specific warnings and instructions included with your purchase.

10. Product Images & Handmade Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and material availability.

Handmade and personalized products may have minor variations in finish, texture, color, or decorative details.

Product photographs may include styling accessories or display materials that are not included in the purchase. Please refer to each product’s description for its actual contents.

11. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All original website content, branding, product photography, graphics, descriptions, logos, and designs belonging to Tiny Charm Celebrations are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

12. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent purchases or transactions.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Interfere with website functionality or security.
• Use our content or services for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Charm Celebrations is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, shipping disruptions, or misuse of our products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Customer information collected during checkout is used to process orders, communicate with customers, arrange delivery, and provide our services.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of New York and the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections.
