Our Imagine & Create activity sets can be prepared for groups so every little creator has an activity to enjoy and a creation to take home.

Group orders are available for celebrations and events with multiple children.

They are perfect for:

Imagine & Create group orders can be prepared for

4-8 children

Small group celebrations

9-16 children

Standard party/group orders

Larger quantities may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact us before placing an order of more than 24 sets.

📅 ORDER EARLY

Because group orders often involve multiple activity sets, personalization and additional preparation, we recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks before your event.

For larger or highly personalized orders, additional time may be required.

Your event date does not automatically reserve inventory.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and Tiny Charm Celebrations has confirmed the order.

🔤 PERSONALIZED GROUP ORDERS

Want every child to have their own name or letter?

Personalization may be available for:

• Individual letters
• Numbers
• Personalized plaques
• Other approved options

For personalized orders, the customer is responsible for providing an accurate list of names and requested details.

Please submit names carefully.

Longer names and larger personalized sets may require additional processing time.

Group orders may be coordinated around your celebration theme.

Want something children can take home?

Our activity sets can be packaged individually as party favors.

A party favor may include:

Optional upgrades may include:

• Personalized name labels
• Birthday stickers
• Additional decorative pieces
• Gift-style packaging

📦 GROUP PACKAGING

Unless otherwise requested, group orders may be packaged individually so each child receives their own activity set.

This makes them easy to:

Set at each place setting → Hand out during the party → Give as a take-home favor

Special packaging requests may be available for an additional fee.

💰 PRICING

Group pricing depends on:

• Number of children
• Activity selected
• Number and size of plaster pieces
• Personalization
• Theme/customization
• Add-ons
• Packaging
• Special requests

Larger quantities may qualify for group pricing.

Any applicable group pricing will be communicated based on the requested order.

A custom quote may be required for larger, personalized or custom orders.

💳 PAYMENT

For group and party orders requiring a custom quote or special preparation:

*Required 50% deposit to secure the order.

The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline provided with your order.

Important:

An order is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.

For orders placed directly through the online store, payment is due at checkout unless otherwise stated.

🚨 RUSH GROUP ORDERS

Need your activities quickly?

A rush order is an order needed within 7 days or less.

Rush group orders are subject to:

• Product availability
• Number of sets
• Personalization requirements
• Current production schedule
• Shipping timeframe

A rush fee may apply.

Rush orders are not guaranteed until Tiny Charm Celebrations confirms that the requested timeline can be met.

Tiny Charm Celebrations is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

🔄 CHANGES TO GROUP ORDERS

Need to change your quantity, names, theme or activity?

Contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before production begins.

Once materials have been purchased, personalization has started, or production is underway, changes may not be possible.

Additional charges may apply.

❌ CANCELLATIONS

Group and party orders may involve advance preparation and purchasing of materials.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of your order.

Before production begins

A cancellation may be considered according to our applicable cancellation terms.

After personalization or production begins

Cancellation may no longer be available, particularly for personalized or custom products.

🚫 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because personalized and group orders are often prepared specifically for your celebration, they are final sale once personalization or production begins.

If Tiny Charm Celebrations makes an error using the correct information you provided, please contact us so we can review the issue.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing components, contact us promptly and provide photographs when requested.

📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Group orders are shipped according to the shipping method selected or arranged for the order.

Remember:

Processing time + shipping time = total delivery timeframe

For an event, allow enough time for:

Order confirmation → Processing → Personalization → Shipping → Delivery

Tiny Charm Celebrations is not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control.

Please provide your event date when submitting a group-order request.

We will use the event date to help determine whether the requested order timeline is reasonable.

Providing an event date does not guarantee delivery by that date.

Please provide the age range of the children participating in the activity.

Different Imagine & Create sets may have different age recommendations.

Craft materials should be kept away from food and beverages.

If your celebration also includes food or treats, keep craft supplies separate from food preparation and serving areas.
