At Tiny Charm Celebrations, each order is carefully prepared to bring creativity, fun, and memorable moments to your celebration. Because many of our products are prepared specifically for your order, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an error on our part.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds due to:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong product, size, quantity, or theme
• No longer needing the items
• Duplicate orders
• Incorrect personalization submitted by the customer
• Customer choosing the wrong theme or activity
• Color preferences or variations
• Delayed event dates or changes to party plans
• Failure to review an order before placing it

Please carefully review your selections, personalization, quantity, shipping information, and order details before completing your purchase.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized and customized products are made according to the information provided when the order is placed. All personalized and custom orders are final sale.

Please double-check:

• Names and spelling
• Dates
• Ages
• Theme selections
• Quantities
• Personalization messages
• Any other custom instructions

Tiny Charm Celebrations is not responsible for errors entered by the customer at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please email customersupport@tinycharmcelebrations.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• Photos showing any damage, if applicable

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we may provide a replacement, replacement item, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered because of an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with you to correct the issue.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If an item has been damaged during shipping, take photos of the package and the damaged product before discarding any packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours.

We will review the information and determine the appropriate next steps.

Order Cancellations

Because orders may begin processing shortly after purchase, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered processing, been personalized, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at customersupport@tinycharmcelebrations.com.

Shipping Delays

Tiny Charm Celebrations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.

A shipping delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refused delivery, or failed to retrieve the package, the order remains final sale.

Additional shipping charges may apply if you request that the package be reshipped.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved because of an error on our part, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
