Please review your personalization carefully before placing your order.

• Names
• Individual letters

• Custom requests

Available personalization options will be shown on the individual product page.

✏️ CHECK YOUR SPELLING

This includes:

• Name spelling
• Letter selection
• Numbers
• Capitalization
• Theme selections
• Color selections
• Custom instructions

Important:

Tiny Charm Celebrations creates personalized products exactly according to the information submitted with your order.

If a customer enters:

the product will be created according to the information submitted.

Customer-submitted spelling or personalization errors are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

🛑 NEED TO CHANGE YOUR PERSONALIZATION?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If production or personalization has not yet begun, we may be able to make the requested change.

Once your order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Changes are not guaranteed.

Please wait for confirmation from Tiny Charm Celebrations before assuming that a change has been made.

🎨 COLOR & THEME REQUESTS

Some products allow customers to select:

• Color palettes
• Themes
• Decorative accents

💕 CUSTOM DESIGNS

Have an idea that isn’t listed?

We may be able to create a custom Imagine & Create experience.

Custom requests may include:

• Special themes
• Unique color palettes
• Custom name arrangements
• Special letter combinations
• Additional decorative pieces
• Custom keepsake concepts

REQUEST A CUSTOM CREATION

Custom requests are subject to availability, production capabilities, pricing and approval.

A custom request is not an order until Tiny Charm Celebrations confirms it and payment has been received.

🧸 PERSONALIZED PLASTER PIECES

Our plaster letters, figures and plaques are individually prepared.

Because of the nature of plaster, slight variations may occur in:

• Texture
• Shape
• Surface
• Edges
• Finish
• Small details

These natural variations are part of the character of the product and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

🎁 PERSONALIZED GIFT ORDERS

Ordering a personalized item as a gift?

Please double-check:

Recipient’s name
Spelling
Letter selection
Shipping address
Gift message, if applicable

Personalized products are made specifically for the recipient and generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.

🎉 PERSONALIZED PARTY & GROUP ORDERS

For orders containing multiple personalized sets, please carefully review all names before submitting your order.

For larger orders, Tiny Charm Celebrations may provide a personalization list or confirmation process before production.

We recommend providing names in this format:

1. Maya
2. Jordan
3. Ava
4. Noah

This helps reduce spelling and ordering errors.

Once personalization has been approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

⏰ PROCESSING TIME

Personalized products may require additional preparation time.

Standard personalized orders:

5–7 business days processing

Custom or large group orders may require additional time.

Please refer to our Shipping & Processing page for current processing information.

🚫 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Because personalized products are created specifically for your order:

Personalized and custom products are generally final sale once personalization or production begins.

We do not refund, all items are final sale. A replacement may be considered when Tiny Charm Celebrations makes an error using the correct information you provided.

For example:

You submit:

MAYA

We produce:

MIA

Contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
