At Tiny Charm Celebrations, we carefully prepare every order so your celebration arrives ready to imagine, create and enjoy.

Because our Imagine & Create Collection may include handmade, personalized, and made-to-order pieces, please review the processing and shipping information below before placing your order.

📦 ORDER PROCESSING

Standard orders:
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order ships.

Personalized orders:
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Custom or larger group orders:

 Processing times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. We will provide an estimated timeframe when applicable.

Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Your processing time begins after your order and payment have been successfully received.

🎨 WHY PROCESSING TAKES TIME

Your Tiny Charm order isn’t simply pulled from a shelf.

Depending on the product, we may need to:

• Prepare plaster pieces
• Check each piece for quality
• Complete personalization
• Prepare paint colors
• Assemble activity components
• Add decorative elements
• Package individual sets
• Prepare custom labels
• Complete quality checks
• Package the order for shipment

We take the time to make sure your order is ready for its creative experience.

🚚 SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Important:

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

For example:

5 business days processing + 3 business days shipping = approximately 8 business days total.

Shipping estimates begin after your order has shipped, not when your order is placed.

📍 SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S

Tiny Charm Celebrations currently ships within the United States.

Available shipping options and costs will be displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and order.

Shipping rates may vary based on:

• Package size
• Package weight
• Destination
• Shipping method
• Number of items ordered

🎁 PARTY & GROUP ORDERS

Ordering Imagine & Create sets for a celebration?

We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks before your event, especially for:

• Personalized party favors
• Group activity sets
• Large quantities
• Custom themes
• Custom color requests
• Letter sets

Larger orders may require additional preparation time.

Planning a larger celebration?

Contact us before placing your order so we can discuss your event date, quantity and requested products.

⏰ NEED YOUR ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DATE?

If your order is for a birthday, party, holiday or other special event, please plan ahead.

Your order needs enough time for:

Processing → Shipping → Delivery

We recommend ordering early rather than waiting until the last minute.

If you have a specific deadline, contact us before ordering to see whether your requested timeframe can be accommodated.

⚡ RUSH ORDERS

Need it sooner?

Rush orders may be available depending on:

• Product availability
• Quantity
• Personalization
• Event date
• Current production schedule

Rush booking/order = an order needed within 7 days or less.

Rush orders are not guaranteed until Tiny Charm Celebrations confirms that we can meet the requested timeframe.

A rush fee may apply.

📦 TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the package has been scanned.

Tiny Charm Celebrations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been shipped.

🚨 SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally, packages may be delayed because of circumstances outside our control, including:

• Severe weather
• Carrier delays
• Holidays
• High shipping volumes
• Natural disasters
• Transportation disruptions
• Incorrect addresses
• Carrier operating issues

We will do our best to assist you with tracking information and available carrier updates.

🏠 INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

If your order has not shipped, we may be able to correct the address.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

📭 LOST, STOLEN OR MARKED-AS-DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, Tiny Charm Celebrations is not responsible for packages that are:

• Lost by the carrier
• Stolen after delivery
• Delivered to the address provided by the customer
• Misplaced after being marked delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

• Your mailbox
• Front door
• Side/back entrance
• Package room
• Building management
• Household members
• Neighbors

You may also contact the shipping carrier to report the issue.

📦 DAMAGED PACKAGES

We package our products carefully, but plaster pieces can be fragile.

If your package arrives damaged:

Please contact us within

48 hours of delivery

Send:

• Order number
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the damaged packaging
• Photos of the damaged product
• Description of the issue

Please do not throw away the packaging until we’ve had an opportunity to review the issue.

We’ll review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

🧸 PLASTER PRODUCT NOTE

Our Imagine & Create collection includes plaster pieces that are carefully prepared and packaged.

Because plaster is a handmade-style material, small variations in texture, shape, surface, or finish may occur.

These natural variations are not necessarily considered defects.

However, if your piece arrives significantly damaged or unusable, please contact us so we can review it.

🎨 PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Please carefully review all personalization before placing your order.

This includes:

• Names
• Letters
• Spelling
• Numbers
• Theme selections
• Color selections
• Custom instructions

Personalized products are prepared specifically for you and may require additional processing time.

Customer-submitted spelling or personalization errors are not considered a Tiny Charm Celebrations production error.

🎉 HOLIDAY & SEASONAL ORDERS

During holidays and peak celebration seasons, processing times may be longer than normal.

We recommend ordering early for:

• Christmas
• Valentine’s Day
• Easter
• Mother’s Day
• Father’s Day
• Halloween
• Graduation
• Summer celebrations
• Birthday seasons

Seasonal order deadlines will be announced when applicable.
